The inkling for my 3rd pic of the 52-project comes spontaneously. Due to the bad weather I have tried to take a panorma of a bookshelf. Eight pics later and a lot of editing, the 22 mega pixel pic was finished. For flickr a have reduced the sharpness. And if you now say - boring....

These books are still under copyright, so they are not nearby for free downloading.
You could pay for them, if the library is too much effort!

Is there a series of Dr. Seuss books available for purchase?
Oct 23, 2006 by mdimler77 | Posted in Books & Authors
Years ago there was a series of Dr. Seuss books, manner of like a book of the month club, but solely Dr. Seuss books. Does anyone know if they still have this, and if so, where I can find out more information about it?
Are Dr. Seuss books educational in any way or are they just really entertaining?

I grew up reading books by Dr. Seuss. The drawings are together as well as the wild and senseless stories. Dr. Seuss was really good at marketing his books. I think he is smart and very talented, especially since he in point of fact wasn't a doctor but Dr. Seuss apparently was a nom de plume from what I understand.
they are both very scholastic and entertaining, by educational they strech the imagination of children, and make them think about what they are hearing, if thats not considered to be just they are at least very entertaining

Apr 19, 2007 by J W | Posted in Other - Internet
Is there any large websites where I can find images of the Dr. Seuss characters (Cat, Horton the Elephant, and just general backgrounds and trees and stuff)? It is for the kindergarten at the college I work in. Thanks.

Where can I purchase Dr. Seuss books online for cheap? What about cross stitch patterns with those chars?

My sister is having a babe in arms and decorating the nursery with Dr. Seuss characters. I have a stuffed elephant I am giving her as a gift, but can't find the book "Horton Lays an Egg" for a sound price. (I think that's the name of the book anyway).
Actually, the book I am looking for is called "Horton Hatches the Egg". It's about the bird who convinces an elephant to sit on her next 'perfectly for a minute' so she can spread her wings. But then she doesn't come back.
amazon.com or waldenbooks.com sometimes has books that double-cross for pennies.
