Repentant but R. L. Stine writes books to make a living. He is not giving away his books for free.
If you want the audio books, you need to buy them or check them out of the catholic library.

There are two virtuousness sources: Usenet Newsgroups (search "audiobooks"), and Librivox.org for older books in the overt domain. Libraries usually hav audio-books, too.

Stoppage your local library. They'll have audio books that you can borrow and listen to for free. You can ask about R.L. Stine stuff.

Is there a site that I can get FREE audio books from?
May 19, 3685 by Chris | Posted in Books & Authors
I'm looking for a place that will let me download [or at least listen to] full length audio books. I've found a lot of site but they charge anywhere from $20-$35, which is more than the book itself! I don't want to do any kind of a monthly/ annual obligation. Thanks, cheers.
go to del.ici.ous.com, and typeface in free audio books.

Should I buy a Kindle for my dad? He travels a lot, reads, would want him to have audio books while he drives.?

My dad is stressed because of the succinctness.
He travels A LOT. And I know he reads a bunch and I figured a nice present would brighten his mood.
What is the best Set alight to get through Amazon.com... any place I can get a discount or coupon?
I know he likes reading and I hear audio books are offered so I figured peradventure in the car while he is driving?
Also, does it play music?
For someone who travels, needs some chill time, I'd like to offer him something where he can get superb info, books, clips and music? does it offer anything else?
What are the best features?
Hi, I've got a Goad 2 and I love it!
If you would like a big discount on Kindle: http://www.mobileereaders.com/Amazon_Kindle_New_Used_eBook_Reader_Hoard.html
Audiobooks are great, you can listen to them on Kindle, too. But I couldn't pay attention to the audiobook and driving at the same time :)
Awaken does play music and other filetypes too, in this chart you'll find all the information you need: http://www.mobileereaders.com/Amazon_Work up_Sony_eBook_Comparison_Chart_Matrix.html
Your father can also read blogs and newspapers on Thoughtfully.
Hope it helps!

I'd like a portable player for audio books, any suggestions?

I utilized to listen to audio books on tape in the car and enjoyed them a lot.
Now I'd like to find a player and a source for audio books that I could carry with me, maybe listen to while at the gym.
Thanks!
First, a convincing place to download audio books. Try:
http://www.theaudiobookstore.com/servlet/StoreFront
They seem to have a good selection of the "usual suspects" as far as audio books, and the expense is comparable to or less than purchasing a book on tape.
As far as a player, it's possible to purchase and mp3 only player for very small money at a diminish department store, and it would do the job just fine.
However, if you're interested in a music service as well (as long as you'll have the mp3 player) consider a Sansa Rhapsody for the Rhapsody Music Air force, or of course and iPod for iTunes. With the iTunes option, there are also free audio books you can download with your subscription.
