Where can I find idees on making a "Chunky Fat book" with recipes?
Dec 31, 2006 by fonsie | Posted in Cooking & Recipes
It is a petty book containing recipes , embellishments and rubberstampings. You put the book on a coffee table.
There are some outstanding chunky fat book ideas at this page, and they even have a swap you can join. Check it out:

Do you have any good books for a woman of 30?
Oct 21, 2007 by Questions and Answers | Posted in Books & Authors
do you have any reccomendations for any accomplished books for a women of 30?They cant be tooooo chunky(harry potter)but enough pages that will keep me reading it for a month or so..Include title and novelist!
It depends of what approachable of books you like to read of course, but I can definitely recommend anything by Tess Gerritsen (Crime), PJ Tracey (also crime).
If you like hallucination, you shoul pick up any of Terry Pratchett's Discworld series. There's about 25 or so book in the series, but you don't need to assume from them in order.
Douglas Adams' The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy is also an excellent book, as are the 5 books that followed it.
Jean M. Auel's series of the Mother earth's Children, starting with the Clan of the Cave Bear is very good, but perhaps a bit "chunky" :)
Also check out Conn Igulden's Emperor series about Julius Caesar - it's a series of unreal books about the life of the emperor, and they are a very good read :)
Best of luck with your book search.

I need some books!!?
Feb 14, 2008 by The Hobbit | Posted in Books & Authors
I'm a teen reader, and I turtle-dove fantasy/action/adventure books. Some of my favs are:
Lord of the Rings
Cry of the Icemark
Blade of Fire
East
Chronicles of Narnia
His Murky Materials
Yes, I have read Harry Potter, Eragon series, etc. I would like books that have kind of a Lord of the Rings finish feeling to them. I also like very chunky books, so that would be great. AND NO TWILIGHT!!!! NONE WHATSOEVER!!! I'm not interested, no matter HOW many people say it's the best!!! So what do you plug?? Oh, and I also like stories about pirates, like Charlotte Doyle, but I haven't found any. Help??
Scrutinize out Terry Brooks - awesome writer and definitely in the genre you're looking for. I'd suggest the following, in order:
1. The Sword of Shannara (1977)
2. The Elfstones of Shannara (1982)
3. The Wishsong of Shannara (1985)
If you dig those then you'd as likely as not like the million other books he's written.
I can also highly recommend the Dark Tower series, by Stephen King. Not conventional scary King and highly engrossing.
Finally, I've never been able to get into his books but I've heard a lot of good things about R.A. Salvatore. Perchance try him. That's three different authors for you to check out, over 150 different books to give a whirl between the 3 of them. Have fun and good luck!
*edit*
I JUST saw your mini blurb about pirates. Terry Brooks wrote a trilogy concerning air pirates (floating/flying ships-cooler than it sounds).
You might like them:
The Voyage of the Jerle Shannara trilogy
Ilse Bitch (2000)
Antrax (2001)
Morgawr (2002)

To paraphrase from German to English go to Yahoo Babelfish
http://babelfish.yahoo.com/
You may have to email the seller to see if they will ship to where you exist. A lot of Germans seem to be able to speak English fairly well.
It's a little tricky but it's all worth it when you get them.
Oh yeah, you can go to ebay UK but they are extravagant there.
