What are the best verizon phones to listen to mp3 books on?

I don't require to spend a fortune but want good sound quality and not a huge phone (Maybe a bit big would be OK if it was a PDA as well but would probably fancy just the phone and mp3 player). And something with decent battery life and memory.
The LG-VX8300 and the LG-VX8600 are both undeniably good phone for MP3's You may want to invest in an extended battery and transflash card for extra storage if you're effective to be listening to books. But all in all the 8300 and 8600 are both good choices.

IPod or MP3? If I want to download audio books, which would be the better choice?
Jan 14, 2008 by Doodlestuff | Posted in Music & Music Players
I don't surely have a need for portable music, but would like portable audio books. The mp3 players are the size of an ipod, but much less costly. Are they a cured choice for an audio book that I can download? I am a driver for 3 disabled people to take them to appointments and some of these are very long.
I don't know what features are convenient and which I should be looking for.
ipod. don't waiste your values bright and early getting something else. ipods can download audiobooks.
the ipods are more reliable, they last should last long, and its worth every dime you've paid for it.

how do you play audio books on an mp3 player?
Mar 09, 2006 by jr9ds | Posted in Music & Music Players
I'm ratiocinative of getting an mp3 player and I am curious about whether podcasts and audio books are seen as music on them. I'm worried when I'm listening to music on shambling at work that I might suddendly get a book which would distract me.
So what I would like is a player that is clever enough to tell the difference between music and books in some way, I honourable don't know if they all do that as standard
You desire an MP3 player that supports playlists. I'm not sure about a Shuffle since there's no screen that would let you browse between playlists. Creative Zen players endorse playlists.
With the playlists, you can play only music or only books.
Of course, there is also the "fast forward button" button too to leap to another song.
The other reason to get a player with a screen is that you can mark "bookmarks" that let you return to your position in the enlist after switching to play music. Or, you could get a shuffle for books and podcasts and one for music and switch between them.
PlaysForSure compatible MP3 players profession with Audible.com and several other online books with digital rights management. They also work with podcasts and subscription music. I've listened to several books from Audible on my compatible MP3 players.
