Barnes and Noble vs Booksamillion?

I have job offers at both B & N and Booksamillion. The Booksamillion job is much farther away but pays a buck more an hour. (would prollly use the imbalance in gas anyway). Any experience working at either business?? Im leaning a bit toward B & N because its larger and advancement seems good.

Advancement at B and N 'seems' all right or 'is' good? Which has the best bennies? I find that they can make up for a little less salary. Also, have you talked to any of the other employees at either?
