Self-hypnosis for Past Life Regression (PLR)?

I'm so shocked to do this, but I really want to. I'm scared out of my brain! I don't know if I'm actually prepared to know my past life, but I seem to be like it will help me overcome a fear I have now, and I feel like I really need to do this. I want to do it myself. So I fall short of to do self-hypnosis or self-hypnotherapy. (not quite sure what the second one really is...but ok!) Can you give me websites to do it myself without having to buy a book or a cd, anything like that. and communicate me if you've done it, and if you were prepared. did is scare you? Please, I need to know this stuff. You can e-mail me if it helps as well. some stuff you dont want being so blatant and I understand that. thanks so much for your help I really appreciate it!

Take the time to visit a qualified Hypnotherapist who specialises in PLR as you can never tell with regression what emotions you may find.

I at the end of the day don't see it working with self hypnosis, but I do believe in plr. When I was married, her brother was a psychotherapist. He has worked with lots of celebrities. For fun he would hypnotize people at the dinner tabular. It was hilarious. He did a plr on his cousin or aunt one time. He took her back to a time when she was an indian. I wasn't there during it , but I heard about it from the whole family. They say she went over and gabbed a list and started reading it and speaking some form of indian. she didn't know how to speak andy language in intrinsic life. If you get the chance --DO IT!!!!
