When I say adults, I menial like landscapes, flowers, beautiful scenes that you can color yourself. I enjoy coloring but hate the childrens coloring books.
Check up on ebay. Put in vintage or landscape in your search.

I was active to tear you one, but then I read your addition.
THAT is actually an interesting query. I never thought that maybe an adult might want to do flowers or landscapes, but I envisage it could be therapeutic.
I have never heard of that product, and maybe there is your million dollar idea right there.
Good luck with you search.

They may not confirm them....most companies assume that once you're an adult, you don't spend too much time coloring. Try some of the more complicated paint-by-numbers. Also, there used to be posters that you could get that would have a show-by-number theme but you used felt pens instead, don't know if they still make those though.

Look at old paperback sales. Cheap old hardback often have black and white illustrations or faceplates. I have actually seen seen some of these watercolored and sold in old-fashioned stores. Quite pricey, I might add.

I don't evaluate they have coloring books specifically for adults, but, try and find books that just have flowers, or whatever you desire. And hey, maybe you can start a coloring books specifically for adults. It's never, ever to late!

Where/who would dontate coloring books for a non for profit hospital in southern Illinois?

I business at a non for profit hospital in southern Illinois. In the past we have had coloring books dontated to us from the state. However, they no longer do that. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas of how we could get those donated to us to give to the children while they are visiting the medical centre.
You might connection the Big Box bookstores in your area-Barnes and Noble, Borders, possibly Target or even Wal-Mart and the like. You are more likely to get a dontation there than a smaller, dearest run store.

The coal-black and white optical illusions that come in books and you can color them... where do you find those...or on the web, where can you find the single coloring pages?
Does coloring in coloring books stifle a child's creativity?
May 22, 4389 by Texas girl-Aimee | Posted in Parenting
I heard that if a youth colors in a coloring book it will stifle their creativity because they are told to color in the lines and feel they must use a certian color (for prototype:elephants must be colored gray). Whereas A blank sheet of paper encourages them to explore any option imaginable. Should my laddie color in a coloring book?
Why can't Playboy be sent to the Marines in Iraq but the Marines will accept coloring books and crayons?

Do the Marines production with coloring books?
Playboys would be barrel offensive to the sensibilities of the Muslims in that part of the world. It is their country, and we're clinging to the hope that a downtick in violence, post-rise, will hold.
I'm not sure how anyone compares Playboy to a coloring book, unless it's a color by numbers sex book or something.
The marines aren't judging the coloring books as being valuable, per se, they are just willing to accept something that won't set off a fresh round of riots and violence.
Although, given the riots that broke out over a cartoon take away depicting Mohammed, maybe they should pass on the crayons and coloring books, as well.
